Jackie Moher

Jackie Moher is the Managing Counsel, Privacy at CIBC’s Legal Department. With over 18 years of legal experience, she currently specializes in privacy law. Moher also has extensive experience in corporate commercial, capital markets, and insolvency. For the past six years, she has led CIBC’s privacy legal team, providing comprehensive legal support across the enterprise. Moher holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts, First Class Honours, from St. Francis Xavier University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two young children, and makes time for Lagree classes – because balancing on a reformer is great practice for balancing work, family, and everything in between.
